SIBANI Spa is situated at SIBANI Main Lodge, which is 3.7km from the Glamping Site and Glamping Tents, but within walking distance from the accommodation units at the Main Lodge.
SIBANI Spa is open 7 days a week from 09h00-17h00 and can be booked by in-house guests as well as day visitors.
Bookings should be made and confirmed by means of payment 3 days prior to the treatment date.
A booking at SIBANI Spa is subject to availability of treatment room as well as therapist and number of available therapists at a given time is pre-determined by management.
We regret SIBANI Spa caters only to guests of 18 years and older.

Sibani Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Bookings

An accommodation booking is only confirmed when a deposit is paid to secure the booking.
Before a guest cancels their booking they should be aware of the terms and conditions:

Bookings canceled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for refund of the deposit payment
Bookings canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for refund of the deposit payment, however management may consider postponing the booking.
Bookings canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for refund of the deposit payment and postponing of the booking is not possible. Forfeiture of the deposit is the most likely result.

Sibani holds the rights to enforce stricter cancellation terms:
For bookings that fall in Peak Season ( 10 Dec – 10 Jan )
For group bookings/functions/conferences

House rules:

1.⁠ ⁠No load music/noise after 10 pm
2.⁠ ⁠Driving limit of 30km/h
3.⁠ ⁠Please do not litter when traveling
4.⁠ ⁠No self-game drives are allowed
4.⁠ ⁠The Maingate closes at 20:00 no one will be allowed to enter the reserve after 20:00 without prior arrangement
5.⁠ ⁠No consumption of own alcohol in Public area
6.⁠ ⁠No consumption of own food in Public areas.
7.⁠ ⁠Check-out is before 10:00 on the day of checkout. Guests need to check out of their rooms but are welcome to use all public areas.
8.⁠ ⁠Breakfast is Served between 08:30 and 09:30
9.⁠ ⁠Dinner is served between 18:00 and 19:00
